A smarter choice from the heart of South America. How is organic evaporated cane juice (Natural Organic Cane Sugar) different from regular white sugar? It’s simple; there aren’t nearly as many processing steps and it’s organic. The term organic evaporated cane juice denotes that it is a`first crystallization sugar” made directly from fresh organic juice. The result is a minimally processed organic sweetener with a light tan natural colour and very slight molasses note which can be directly substituted for refined white sugar. While the processing has been reduced, yields are lower than that of refined white sugar due to the care in the handling and clarifying of the juice at the mill. Organic sugar cane is grown under strict organic guidelines that ensure a positive impact on our environment and organic integrity from the field to final product. 180 grams.
