When you order products from LINA EPICURE you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products right to your door! Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.
Shipping Options
Standard Ground 1 - 7 business days (see information below for specific transit time based on delivery area)
Second Day 2 business days (additional transit time may be required for remote addresses)
Next Day 1 business day (additional transit time may be required for remote addresses)
All items are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Canada and the USA. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship.
Shipping Process & Transit Times
For all shipping services, orders placed Monday to Friday by 12 pm, Mountain Standard Time (MST), will ship that day. Orders placed after 12 noon, or during weekends, will ship the following business day.
Our Head Office in Calgary & Area Local shipping is available Monday to Friday
Western Canada & USA 1 - 3 business days
Central Canada & USA 3 - 5 business days
Eastern Canada & USA 6 - 7 business days
Also, please note the day of shipping, as well as Saturday & Sunday, are not counted as transit time. We cannot accept delivery requests for specific times of day.
Busy Holiday Season
During the heavy volume months of November and December, we may extend our turnaround time. Avoid disappointment by placing your order as early as possible to guarantee your selections.
Delivery
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments redirected due to incorrect address information provided to us will result in a $7.00 fee.

Shipping Costs (Within Canada and Continental USA)
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total cost of your order, as illustrated in the following table.
We do not charge any shipping costs for e-gift cards.

Shipping Restrictions
Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, Northwest Territories, Yukon, APO's, FPO's and any other worldwide location are determined by delivery area. Therefore, orders to these areas must be placed directly with a representative. Please contact Customer Service at 888.968.8806 for assistance.
Promotional Shipping Codes
Promotional shipping offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise before normal taxes and shipping/handling rates shipping to a single address only. Promotions do not apply to overnight delivery or 2nd day delivery unless specifically denoted. Cannot be combined with any other offer, or applied to previous orders.
