RETURN POLICY - GOURMET GIFT BASKETS, GOURMET COFFEE & SPECIALTY FOOD
If your merchandise arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements. Intact food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Any other kinds of non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient. Merchandise must be returned to our head office by the recipient; a refund will only be given to the purchaser.
RETURN POLICY - NON-FOOD GIFT BASKETS AND NON-FOOD ITEMS
We are confident you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.
To return a product, please call us at 888.968.8806 and request an RA (Return Authorization) Number. Parcels returned to our facility without an RA Number will be refused. Return the product to the address below and remember to insure it for full value (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Please note that all components of a gift set or collection must be returned.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, please retain the product(s) and report it to us. We will ship a replacement free of charge.

Orders placed online for shipping outside the contiguous USA, as well as the Canadian Territories (NWT & Yukon) and any military addresses, are subject to priority shipping fees, and must be submitted with the priority shipping option. Orders are subject to acceptance. If the incorrect/non-applicable service shipping option is chosen, the shipping service will be adjusted, and the order will be billed accordingly. Shipping rates posted online reflect shipping rates within North America. Please contact us for shipping quotes outside North America. Orders submitted online that include a PO Box shipping address are subject to additional shipping fees. The shipping fee will be adjusted upon processing and an updated receipt will be sent by email. If our carrier rejects the PO Box address, the customer will not incur additional shipping fees, but will be notified to provide us with a street address.
Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request; however, if the order has begun its journey through the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or revised. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will gladly accept your return of any non-perishable items (please see the return policy).
As a part of our commitment to your privacy, we have agreed to honor customers' requests not to share their information with other marketers.
